Thousands of Key Club members gather Six Flags Magic Mountain annually in November. The event celebrates the monies fundraised across the CNH District each year for the Pediatric Trauma Prevention Program. At Fall Rally, LTGs and Executive officers are "auctioned" off to divisions; the winning division is able to then spend a designated period of time with the "purchased" officer. Auction funds and a portion of the ticket sales for both events go towards the Pediatric Trauma Prevention Program.
Fall Rally Instructions
At your next Key Club meeting, decide if your Key Club is going attend Fall Rally on November 9 and arrange chaperones who are going to accompany them. 1 chaperone per 12 students. Advisors, please help your clubs to make these arrangements. We have too many clubs trying to sign up for events and buses without prior chaperone arrangements.
Order tickets for students and chaperones for your club online here. You can also order by mail. Attendees that have annual passes only need to purchase a stamp for $5 each at the Key Club ticket booth on site.

Once you have arranged chaperones and purchased tickets, sign up all attendees and chaperones for the bus on the manifest HERE. I would suggest opening this online form at a club meeting and having all students enter their contact information at one time if possible.
Deadline for the bus list is TBD. Buses leave from Helix High School parking lot on Lowell Street, Saturday, November 9, at 5:30 a.m. Please arrive with your club by 5:00 a.m. for check-in. We will leave the park at approximately 6:30 p.m. to reload the bus. Return to Helix at approximately 10:00 p.m.
Rallies: We are in Rally #__ in the Golden Bear Theater at Magic Mountain at ___. Lieutenant Governors will be auctioned off, and our divisions can "bid" for them using the monies we have collected and sent in for PTP. All monies fundraised by the divisions need to be received by _____ to count for total bid for the auction.
Bring $___ per person ($___ x ## bus riders) TO THE BUS, made out to KYDS Club of San Diego to pay for your bus seats. First come, first served. I will send out regular updates on remaining bus space, but please be proactive and reserve early.
